1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please email us at contact@shreevedapam.com or call us at +91 75888 27945 with your order ID to request a cancellation.

• After Shipping:
  Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead opt for a return (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Return is accepted only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product not as described on the website

Non-returnable items:

• Used or washed bedsheets

• Products returned without original packaging

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, email contact@shreevedapam.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product.

• Our team will review and approve eligible return requests.

• A reverse pickup will be arranged (where available); if not, the customer may be asked to ship the product themselves.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product passes quality check, we will initiate the refund process.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• In case of COD orders, the refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

• We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

• If you wish to replace an item, please return it as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
