1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Areas: 5–7 business days

• Remote Locations: May take up to 10 days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the shipping partner’s service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling charge, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.

• You can also track your order from the “Track Order” page on our website using your order ID and registered email/mobile number.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times.

• If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.

• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If your order arrives with damaged packaging, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately at contact@shreevedapam.com with photos of the outer package and product (if visible). We will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver on time, certain delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such events.
